The idyllic hamlet of Judenstein, part of the municipality of Rinn, lies at an altitude of around 910 metres in the south-eastern low mountain range above Innsbruck and Hall in Tirol. Surrounded by meadows, forests and clear mountain air, it is the perfect place for nature lovers. Hikers, trail runners and mountain bikers will find numerous well-maintained trails, from quiet forest walks to challenging routes with panoramic views. The surrounding area also offers various playgrounds, a wide range of leisure activities and cosy places to relax.

Rinn became known as a climatic health resort at the beginning of the 20th century and is valued for its ozone-rich air, offering the perfect combination of active leisure activities and pure relaxation in nature. Discover all there is to experience in the surrounding area.

A wide range of sports activities in the immediate vicinity of the campsite

There are some great hikes from the campsite, ranging from easy to challenging. For families with small children, there are several hikes that are suitable for pushchairs, so that even the youngest children can discover the forest and mountains.

These hiking trails are of course also suitable for trail running. Part of the longest run of the Innsbruck Alpine Trailrun Event (the largest trail running event in the D-A-CH region) even runs along a section of the hiking trail to the Rinner Alm and on towards Patscherkofel.

Of course, there are also many routes for mountain bikers to explore directly from the campsite.

The idyllically situated Lansersee, a moor lake about 9 km away, is ideal for swimming and relaxing.

Lakes and open-air lidos around Judenstein

Fancy a dip in the cool water? No problem! There are numerous opportunities to cool off in the area around Judenstein.
Two swimming lakes and three outdoor lidos are located in the immediate vicinity and promise bathing fun for young and old alike, with a magnificent view of the mountains.

Only about 9 km away is Lake Lansersee, an idyllic moor lake with an Alpine panorama.

Apart from plenty of bathing fun, the Roßau quarry pond also offers a children's playground and a great motor skills park.

The Tivoli outdoor lido with 5 swimming pools – including a baby pool, 50m competition pool, slide, and diving tower – is only about 10 km away and is also easily accessible by bus. A huge park with a playground and much more.

The Hall outdoor lido is about 11 km away and offers a diving tower, a slide, a children's area, a 50-meter pool, etc.

The Wattens Alpine outdoor lido, about 14 km away, has three swimmers' pools and three non-swimmers' pools, a large sunbathing and play area, and an adventure pool for children with a slide.
