Booking
Reservations are generally only accepted online.
The offers presented on our website are not to be understood as a booking request or offer. Our offers are non-binding and subject to change. Please note that a binding reservation is subject to a deposit and the provision of your personal details.

Vehicle registration number
Before your arrival, you will be asked to provide your vehicle registration number by email. This will allow you to pass through our barrier system freely upon arrival. Please note that providing your vehicle registration number is voluntary and there is no obligation to do so. Please note that parking your vehicle in front of the barrier system is only permitted in the designated area. The area directly in front of the barrier system must be kept clear at all times.

Deposit terms
We recommend that you pay your 50% deposit immediately during the booking process. In any case, your deposit must be paid no later than 3 weeks before arrival so that your booking does not expire. If you are arriving within 3 weeks, your deposit must be paid immediately for your booking to be guaranteed.

Payment is made via our billing partner Mollie. This allows you to pay by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal, ApplePay and EPS transfer.

By paying the deposit, you accept our General Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

The deposit paid will be credited to the final invoice. Any expenses shall be borne by the customer.

We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract if payment is not made on time.

Payment or final payment
The remaining amount must be paid upon arrival at the latest, either via the link in the payment plan received in the email booking confirmation or directly at the reception desk on site.

The prices determined in our online booking system include VAT and any additional fees such as final cleaning and environmental contribution. In the event of system errors in price quotations, we reserve the right to make appropriate adjustments.

The local tax is NOT included in the price and is paid on site at check-in.
Overnight stays by guests who have not yet reached the age of 15 by the end of the calendar year are not subject to tax.

If additional services are booked or further costs incur, these must be paid for at check-out.

Cancellation
You are, of course, free to cancel your booking at any time before departure.

• Cancellation is free of charge up to two weeks before arrival.
• If you cancel your stay between 13 and 6 days before your arrival date, we reserve the right to retain a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit amount.
• If cancellation occurs within a period of five days or less, we reserve the right to retain the entire deposit amount.

Different deposit and cancellation conditions may apply for longer stays or group events.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, you can do so directly in your personal guest portal. 

The deposit will be refunded in accordance with the above conditions. Any bank charges incurred will be deducted from the amount to be transferred. Please note that we may require your bank details.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation and cancellation insurance to cover any risks that could lead to non-arrival, interruption or changes to your trip.

Delayed arrival or early departure
If you are faced with a delayed arrival or early departure, please inform us immediately.

Please note that late arrival, (unjustified) non-arrival or early departure cannot be borne by us. If you arrive late, we reserve the right to charge you 100% of the costs of your stay for the days not used. You can find more information on this under ‘Arrival & Departure’ below.
In the event of (unjustified) non-arrival, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the deposit paid.

In the event of early departure, this must be requested by 11 a.m. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the following day.

Arrival and departure
The booked pitch is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Arrival before 11 a.m. is only possible if you book your stay 1 day earlier.

Arrival is possible until 10 p.m. If you do not arrive on the booked arrival day, your reservation will only be held until 11 a.m. the next day. After that, it will be reallocated without compensation. The booked arrival and departure days are binding for both parties of the contract.

Termination of the contract by the campsite
The campsite operator is entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect for good cause, in particular if the guest

• makes significantly detrimental use of the camping area/pitch or the general areas
• through their inconsiderate, offensive or otherwise grossly inappropriate behaviour, spoils the stay at the campsite for other guests, the campsite operator or persons attributable to them, or is guilty of a punishable offence against property, morality or physical safety towards these persons
• in the event of violations of the contractual provisions by the guest (including these General Terms and Conditions and the campsite rules)
• accepts additional persons without prior agreement; in addition, the campsite operator is entitled to charge a reasonable surcharge for excess occupancy for the duration of the use in breach of the contract.

The campsite operator is also entitled to charge a reasonable surcharge for excess occupancy in the event of use contrary to the contract. This applies in particular in the event that additional persons are accommodated without prior agreement.

In the event of termination for good cause, the campsite operator may be entitled to claim damages from the guest. The campsite operator's claim for payment for the agreed period remains in full force.

Booking pitches
We will, of course, take your booking requests into account as far as possible and subject to availability. However, we cannot guarantee this. If you have booked a specific pitch, it is binding, but in rare cases, for unforeseeable reasons (flooding, etc.), you may be assigned a different pitch.

Fees, billing and discounts
All fees are to be understood in accordance with the current price list.
Billing is based on actual usage (pitch, number of persons, etc.). By using the pitch, you agree to the current pricing. Retroactive changes and discounts are not possible.

Dogs
Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the campsite (leash is mandatory). Dogs are not allowed to relieve themselves on the campsite grounds. Failure to comply with these regulations will result in the campsite management imposing a cleaning fee and/or expulsion from the campsite.
In Rinn/Judenstein, dog owners are obliged to clean up after their dogs and dispose of the waste in the bags provided for this purpose. These bags are available in normal household quantities at reception. Dogs must also be kept on a leash throughout the entire municipality of Rinn.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in the sanitary building, in interior rooms, in the kitchen or in the eating area. Furthermore, it is prohibited to bathe dogs in the pond or to use it for drinking. Out of consideration for our guests, we ask you not to bring barking dogs.
A maximum of three pets are allowed per unit. Dogs are not allowed on the tent field (W1-W24 and Only Tent area) or on the green pitches (S28-S41).

Please note that for online bookings or accommodation contracts concluded by means of distance selling, there is no right of withdrawal within 14 days of conclusion of the contract and that our cancellation conditions set out above are expressly agreed. It should be noted that these cancellation conditions replace the right of withdrawal in accordance with the European Union's Consumer Rights Directive.

For matters not explicitly covered in our General Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) in their currently valid version shall apply. The place of jurisdiction shall be Innsbruck. Austrian law shall apply.

We reserve the right to make price changes, printing errors, system errors and mistakes, as well as changes to offers.
