Information about booking and arrival
In addition to the new construction and simultaneous modernization of the campground area, the booking system was also brought up to the latest technical standards. It is no longer necessary to send an email or make a phone call in advance to inquire about available spaces. Our system only allocates spaces that are free and therefore bookable.
The booking process
After selecting your pitch category, please enter the total number of people travelling and select your arrival and departure dates. Under “Equipment requests,” please select the surface of your pitch, if a selection is available for this pitch category, and check the “Upgrades” if, for example, you need electricity and this is not included in the pitch price. (In the “Tent field” category, electricity must be booked as an upgrade if you require it, as it is not included in the pitch price.)
In the next step, check your booking details.
In the next step, provide us with your personal information. Of course, we adhere to data protection regulations—your data will only be processed for the booking process and in the course of your upcoming stay and subsequent invoicing.
Important: Communication with you as a guest is usually conducted by email in all matters. Please ensure that your email address is correct and that you have constant access to it. We will only contact you by phone in exceptional cases.
In the next step, confirm your booking and select your “payment plan.”
Payment process
We recommend that you pay your 50% deposit immediately during the booking process. In any case, your deposit must be paid no later than 3 weeks before arrival so that your booking does not expire. If you are arriving within 3 weeks, your deposit must be paid immediately for your booking to be valid.
The remaining amount must be paid upon arrival at the latest, either via the link in the payment plan included in the email booking confirmation or directly at the reception desk on site.
Your payment can be made using Apple Pay, credit card, PayPal, or EPS transfer. Cash payments are also accepted at our reception desk on site.
After completing your booking, you will automatically receive a booking confirmation by email with your personal payment plan and payment link. Please use our system without exception and do not make any manual transfers (via payment slip, etc.) to our account, as we may not be able to assign your payment to your booking in case of doubt.
The tourist tax (local tax) for young people and adults is not included in this booking process and must be paid on site at check-in.

Arrival and departure
A few days before your arrival, we will send you a request to provide your vehicle registration number. This information is not mandatory for you as a guest, but it will make your arrival easier, as our barrier system will recognize your vehicle and open automatically for you upon arrival. You are also welcome to provide your vehicle registration number directly at check-in.
Please note our arrival and departure times:
Your parking space will be available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. The departure on the day of departure must be no later than 11 a.m. Arrival before 11 a.m. is only possible if you book your stay 1 day earlier.
Arrival and departure are not possible between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Not only is this the midday rest period, but also our pitches are maintained during this time (lawn, trash, etc.). We ask for your understanding.
