Arrival and departure times

Check-in: daily from 3 pm to 7 pm

(If you have a valid booking, you may check in until 9 pm, provided the deposit has been paid and your vehicle registration number has been provided.)

Check-out: daily from 7 am to 11 am

In detail:

On the day of arrival, you will receive an email containing all the important information, including your allocated pitch number.

Provided your booking is confirmed, you may arrive on the day of arrival between 3 pm and 9 pm, provided that your vehicle registration number was entered during the booking process or via the guest portal and the deposit has been paid. (The barrier opens automatically.) Otherwise, you must arrive no later than 7 pm.

You can proceed directly to your allocated pitch and then report to reception to check in. If there are no staff on site in the evening, please check in at reception the following morning.

If you are arriving by motorbike or bicycle, please drive past the barrier on the right. Here too, arrival is only possible between 3 pm and 9 pm, provided you have a valid booking and the deposit has been paid.

If you do not have a valid booking, arrival is possible until 7 pm, provided there are still pitches available.

Departure on the day of departure is possible from 7 am and must take place by 11 am at the latest.

Arrival and departure are not possible between 11 am and 3 pm. In addition to the midday rest period, our pitches are also being maintained at this time (lawns, rubbish, etc.). We ask for your understanding.

Please keep the immediate area in front of the barrier clear at all times to ensure a smooth flow of traffic.
