Camping ground rules Campingplatz Judenstein
Dear Camping Guest!
The management of our campground warmly welcomes you. In the interest of ensuring a relaxing stay for all guests, we ask for your cooperation. Please observe the following campground rules:
General Provisions
1. Visiting or using the campground and its facilities is permitted only after proper registration. A valid identification document must be presented upon registration.
2. Children (up to the age of 14) and adolescents (from age 14 to 17) may only stay overnight at this campground when accompanied by a supervising adult. For an exceptional overnight stay by children and adolescents without a supervising adult, written consent from a legal guardian must be presented, and approval must be obtained from the campground management.
3. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that the children and adolescents in their care comply with the campground rules.
4. Considerate and decent behavior, as well as maintaining order and cleanliness, are mandatory. All facilities and equipment must be treated with care.
5. Lost and found items must be turned in to the campground administration immediately.
6. Visitors must be registered at the reception desk and must comply with the campground rules. Separate fees may apply for visitors.
7. Guests are not permitted to park vehicles outside their assigned camping area or campsite. Tents, awnings, and other structures may only be set up within the assigned campsite.
Hygiene and Cleanliness
8. Waste must be disposed of separately in the designated waste containers. Wastewater (e.g., laundry and dishwater) must be disposed of using the designated facilities and must not be poured onto the grounds.
We ask that you dispose of trash in the designated containers. Trash bags must be tied shut before disposal to prevent littering and unpleasant odors.
Bulky waste, electronic waste, chemicals, rechargeable batteries, and trash not typically generated while camping may not be disposed of.
9. Wastewater may only be disposed of at the designated locations. The contents of toilets may only be emptied at the designated disposal points.
10. Food stored in the communal refrigerator must be labeled with the guest’s name, site number, and date. Guests must take their food with them upon departure. The campground management is authorized to dispose of any food left behind after departure at its own discretion.
11. Sanitary facilities must be used for their intended purpose and left clean. Laundry and dishes may only be washed at the facilities designated for this purpose. Children under 6 years of age may only enter these facilities when accompanied by an adult.
12. It is prohibited to mark the boundaries of campsites with ditches or mounds. No obstacles, such as tent pegs, tent ropes, or clotheslines, may be placed on walkways.
13. The campsite must be left in a clean and orderly condition before departure.
14. All pets brought to the campsite must be registered. Dogs must be kept on a leash and controlled in such a way that they do not disturb other guests or the campground operator (e.g., by barking). Any waste must be removed immediately.
Local regulations apply (e.g., leash and waste disposal requirements). The pet owner is responsible for the proper care of the animals.
15. Dogs are not permitted to relieve themselves within the campground grounds. In the event of non-compliance with these regulations, campground management reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee and/or issue an expulsion from the premises.
In Rinn/Judenstein, there is a mandatory requirement to pick up dog waste (bags provided for this purpose can be purchased at the reception desk) as well as a leash requirement.
16. Dogs are strictly prohibited in the restroom building, in indoor areas, as well as in the kitchen and dining area. They are also not permitted to swim in the pond or use it for drinking.
17. A maximum of 3 pets per unit is allowed. It is not permitted to leave dogs on a leash unattended in front of or inside a trailer, RV, or tent. The dog owner must remain within sight of the dog. If the dog is leashed in front of the trailer, the leash must be long enough to prevent the dog from leaving the owner’s designated area.
Environmental Protection
18. Trash must be sorted in accordance with local regulations and Austrian laws. Water and energy must be used sparingly.
Rates and Stay
19. The currently valid fees can be found on the notice board or the website.
20. Site reservations are made in agreement with the administration. There is no entitlement to a specific site. The selected site must be large enough to accommodate your vehicle.
21. Check-out must take place by 11:00 a.m. An additional fee may be charged for late check-out.
22. Check-in is possible until 8:00 PM. Prior arrangement with campground management is required for late arrivals.
Vehicles and Traffic
23. Walking speed applies throughout the campground. The provisions of the traffic regulations apply. Use of the paths is at your own risk.
24. Vehicles may only be parked in the designated areas.
Fire Prevention and Safety
25. Fire prevention is a top priority. Open fires are prohibited. Barbecuing is permitted only with appropriate equipment and in compliance with safety regulations. A barbecue ban may be imposed if the forest fire risk level is elevated.
26. Ash residues must be disposed of exclusively in designated, fireproof containers.
27. Electrical equipment may only be used if it is in perfect working order. Modifications to the campground’s facilities are not permitted.
28. In an emergency, help must be summoned immediately and the campground management informed. Emergency numbers are posted at the reception desk.
29. Every campground guest must familiarize themselves with the locations of fire extinguishers and first-aid facilities.
Use of Liquefied Petroleum Gas
30. Liquefied petroleum gas may only be drawn from the cylinders using suitable pressure regulators, which must be attached directly to the cylinders (with a pipe rupture safety device if necessary). When changing cylinders, it is essential to ensure that the connections are tight. LPG hoses must be routed in such a way as to prevent damage.
Gas cylinders used on a campsite must always be secured against tipping over. The use of 33-kg cylinders inside caravans or tents is prohibited. Leaking or damaged systems must be taken out of service immediately and repaired.
Electrical and gas systems connected by the guest must comply with the applicable DIN/VDE/ÖNORM regulations.
31. A valid gas inspection with a sticker is mandatory for every vehicle connected to a gas system. Gas systems and gas heaters must comply with legal requirements. Without appropriate proof, use of the gas system may be prohibited.
Quiet Hours
32. Noise disturbances of any kind must be avoided and refrained from. This includes, in particular, music, television, avoidable noise from motor vehicles, shouting, as well as loud singing or whistling.
33. Nighttime quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM; Afternoon quiet hours: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM.
34. Disturbing activities must be refrained from during quiet hours. Exceptions require the approval of campground management. During nighttime quiet hours, no motor vehicles may be operated, and no trailers or tents may be set up or taken down.
Furthermore, the use of garden equipment (e.g., lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, etc.) is prohibited on Sundays and holidays. Ball games or other active games may only be played in the designated area.
35. We ask for your understanding that daily site maintenance may cause temporary disruptions.
Liability and Expulsion
36. Use of the campground is at your own risk. Liability on the part of the campground operator is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.
37. The person causing damage to the campground’s facilities and equipment is liable. Corresponding claims for damages will be asserted.
38. No liability is assumed for theft or damage to guests’ property by third parties, nor for injuries or accidents caused by the guest themselves or by third parties.
39. The campground is not liable for damage or loss resulting from force majeure.
40. Guests must comply with the instructions of the staff.
41. Expulsion from the campground may be ordered in the event of violations of the campground rules or for good cause.
42. The campground is reserved for those seeking relaxation. The operation of a commercial business or other trade on or from the campground, as well as exhibitions, is not permitted.
43. Anyone who disturbs the peace or violates public decency may be held liable in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
Data Protection
44. The personal data collected during registration will be processed exclusively in accordance with legal provisions. Further information is available from campground management.
Final Provisions
45. Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the competent court at the campground’s location.
46. Should any individual provisions of these campground rules be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
The campground administration wishes you a pleasant stay!
