Winter sports in Judenstein and surroundings

Winter sports enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy here. Starting with the town's own ski lift, the Archenstadl Lift, there is a wonderful cross-country ski trail that also passes Judenstein. There are two sections here: the Panorama Trail and the Golf Trail.  

A great sledging track invites you to enjoy fun sledging rides – it runs from the Rinner Alm to Rinn and is also illuminated on certain evenings during the week.

In addition, the magnificent Olympiaworld ice rink in Innsbruck is only 10 km away. It is very easy to reach by bus

Skiing in Judenstein and surroundings

In addition to the local ski lift, there are two larger ski areas in the immediate vicinity of Judenstein, namely the Patscherkofelbahn and the Glungezerbahn.

The Glungezerbahn is only about 4 km away and offers not only ski slopes but also a great toboggan run and a route for ski tourers.

The Patscherkofelbahn is about 9.5 km away and also has great ski slopes; the men's downhill event was held here during the 1976 Olympic Games.

Other ski resorts are less than an hour's drive from the campsite, such as the Stubai Glacier, Schlick 2000, Axamer Lizum, Seefeld, and Kühtai.
