Please make your booking via the booking portal on our website. Please note that once your booking has been made, all further communication will be sent to the email address you have provided. Please therefore ensure that you always have access to your email. If you do not have the necessary technical facilities, you are also welcome to book by telephone.

Reservations are not mandatory. You will also be given a spot without a reservation, provided that there are spots available. Important: Please note that the campground is usually fully booked during peak season, in which case you will not be able to stay with us without a reservation.

Yes, we welcome our guests also for just one night.
Which pitches can I use with a motorhome/caravan?
Which pitches can I use with a motorhome/caravan?
Pitches S10 - S41 can be used with a motorhome/caravan. Pitches S1 - S9, tent areas W1 - W24, and the OnlyTent area cannot be used with a motorhome/caravan (grass surface).
What time can I arrive and when do I have to leave?

Check-in is available between 3 pm and 7 pm. If you have a confirmed booking, have provided your vehicle registration number at the time of booking and have paid the deposit, you will have access to the campsite until 9 pm. Please check in at reception the following day if there are no staff on site.
On the day of arrival, you will receive an email containing a summary of important information, including your allocated pitch number.
Check-out must take place by 11 am at the latest. The earliest check-out time is 7 am.
Please understand that we take a lunch break and that the pitches need to be cleaned and/or maintained.

In addition to cash payments (euros), all major card payments are also accepted.

Do I have to make a down payment when making a reservation?
We recommend that you pay the 50% deposit during the booking process. In any case, the deposit must be paid no later than 3 weeks before arrival. If you book 3 weeks or less before your arrival, the deposit is due immediately. Please understand that if your deposit is not paid on time, we will not be able to maintain your reservation.

Pets are permitted on the paved and partially paved pitches (see site map S10 – S41). Pets are not allowed in the fully grassed areas (S1 – S9, W1 – W24, OnlyTent area). Please also note that pets are not permitted in the sanitary facilities or communal areas.

I have to cancel my reservation, how can I do that?
Cancel your reservation in your personal guest portal (currenlty, you can only cancel via e-mail - we are still working on the personal guest portal). Any deposits will then be automatically refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy. Please note our cancellation policy.
How much is the tourist tax?
How much is the tourist tax?
The tax (local tax or visitor's tax) has been set at €3 per night until 30 April 2025 and will be increased by €1 per night on 1 May 2025. Overnight stays by persons up to the end of the calendar year in which they turn 16 are subject to tax. The local tax must be paid at reception upon check-in.

Yes, you will receive the Welcome Card Innsbruck for stays of 2 nights or more.

Yes, there is a bus stop right behind the campsite. From there, you can take the bus to Innsbruck or Hall.
With the Welcome Card Innsbruck, you can travel to Innsbruck free of charge.

Is the Campingplatz Judenstein accessible?
The Campingplatz Judenstein is wheelchair accessible and also has accessible sanitary facilities. Only the washing machine and dryer are located in the basement, which is only accessible via stairs.
Do I have to pay for drinking water?
Do I have to pay for drinking water?
We have the best drinking water quality in Rinn. This applies to the four drinking water fountains distributed throughout the area and in the sanitary facilities. Drinking water is, of course, free of charge.

Yes, you can hear the church bells. A Tyrolean village is traditionally defined by its church—its tower points the way from afar, and the ringing of the bells has always been a familiar sound in the village. They ring from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Yes, there is a barrier. A few days before your arrival, you will be asked by email to provide your vehicle registration number, unless you have already provided it during the booking process. If you have provided your registration number, the barrier will open automatically for you upon arrival. Providing your registration number is, of course, not compulsory.

Yes, there is Wi-Fi at our campsite and it is free for all our guests.
Is there a power connection for everyone?

All caravan pitches have electricity connections (13A 230 V CEE), and all pitches on the tent field (except ‘Only Tent’ pitches) have electricity connections (6A 230 V CEE).
The OnlyTent area has a power connection for everyone based on the fair use principle.

These services are already included in your pitch price.

No, showers are also included in the price. Enjoy our new sanitary facilities!
Can I charge my electric vehicle?

You can charge your electric vehicle for a fee. Please let us know when booking if you require this service.
Can I charge my e-bike?
Can I charge my e-bike?
You are welcome to charge your e-bike, provided that your pitch has a power connection and you have booked it for the duration of your stay. If you are staying in the Only Tent area and would like to charge your e-bike, please contact reception – we will find a solution.
Can I park my e-bike safely?

We have a guest storage area to which only campsite staff have access. You are welcome to store your e-bike there free of charge. Please ask at reception on arrival what times you can drop off and pick up your e-bike.
