A warm welcome to Camping Judenstein!

The Judenstein campsite is idyllically situated right next to a small baroque church from the 17th century in a charming and historic part of Rinn, the district of the same name, Judenstein.

The delightful church – once an important pilgrimage church and today popular for baptisms and weddings – was built in 1670 by Dr. Hyppolytus Guarinoni, with ceiling paintings by Josef Ignaz Mildorfer. It is definitely worth a visit.

Judenstein is situated at about 900 m, in the middle of greenery, surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. It is a quiet place to rest, relax and recharge your batteries. Listen to the chirping of the birds, admire the fantastic mountain panorama and breathe in the pure mountain air. The location is ideal for various activities in nature and in the mountains, but also to discover the wide range of cultural and gastronomy offers in Innsbruck and Hall in Tirol, both of which can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

In addition to beautiful walks and varied hikes, the area can also be explored on mountain bikes on designated trails. Climbing enthusiasts do not miss out either. There are several via ferrata routes in the area (Glungezer and Absam) as well as climbing gardens and, last but not least, the modern climbing hall in Innsbruck, which is considered one of the biggest in the world.

A bus stop directly in front of the campsite allows guests to leave their car behind and take the bus to Innsbruck or Hall in Tirol. But it can also be used to reach the Patscherkofel and Glungezerbahn from where there are numerous hiking trails. One of the most popular hikes is probably the “Zirbenweg”, which runs along the ridge between the Patscherkofel and Glungezer mountain stations and offers a breathtaking view of the Nordkette and the Inn Valley.

The Stubai Glacier and Lake Achensee are less than 1 hour away by car. From a traffic point of view, the Judenstein campsite is well connected: the slip road to the Inntal motorway is about 9 km away and the Brenner motorway about 12.5 km.

Quiet hours start at 10 p.m.; this also applies to the church bell. It rings again at 7 am.
